These interactive workshops cover sports / office related injury and useful self-help remedies. It’s done during lunch breaks or designated time within the comfort of your office. At the same time, you can approach our sports therapists for injuries or pains concern and have them addressed all at once.
These workshops are designed for anyone who likes to learn techniques to tackle muscle tensions with quick simple yet effective approach. It can be applied on yourself or help loved ones and fellow colleagues. Best of all, it can be extended on a complimentary basis. Corporate Workshop 1
SPORTS INJURY AND RECOVERY
(1 hour workshop with conditioning exercise)
Tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow or frozen shoulder are commonly experienced when you engage in sports that puts a lot of stress on your upper extremities muscles. Your knee or leg muscles of the lower extremities cause pain often after a game or run. IT band syndrome, shin Splint, Planta Fasciitis all sounds familiar and you may have experienced these. This workshop zooms in to these issues along with conditioning exercises to manage them.

EFFECTIVE STRETCHES FOR OFFICE
(1 hr talk with stretch exercise)
The majority of office injuries can often be easily prevented through better posture. Learn to detect early muscular stress symptoms and arrest them way before an injury occur, and it is crucial to promptly manage any existing injury to prevent further complications and improve your chance of recovery. This talk will cover anatomical muscle stretches and simple steps to prevent and manage injuries.

EASY SPORTS MASSAGE TECHNIQUES
(1 hr hands-on course with massage therapy)
Your muscles feel stuck, frozen and often chronically aching. You have done every possible stretch and applied different pain relief remedies and you have exhausted all options. Fret not! This workshop will introduce you some effective techniques of massage and muscle release that you can do for yourself as well as your loved ones. Therapeutic essential oils will be used long with these massage techniques which are also helps with injury prevention. (Participants need to bring 1 large towel and 1 small towel, dress in singlet / T-shirt and sports shorts)
